About the job

You will work with the processing and investigation of cases that vary in both scope and complexity. With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess the documentation and make decisions. You will request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in contact with individuals and businesses. Some cases are simple and quick while others take more time and investigation.

In some cases, you will also need to handle and register foreign recipient accounts, which requires accuracy and an understanding of international payment procedures. The tasks may change over time depending on the needs of the organization, providing good opportunities for development within the tax payment area.

You will plan and drive your cases independently and are happy to seek help from colleagues in the team when needed. Together, you share knowledge, support each other, and contribute to a positive work environment. Together, you move cases forward, solve challenges, and develop new smarter ways of working. You thrive in a role where analysis, accuracy, and service are central. An interest in tax payment issues, account management, and investigative work is an advantage. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You belong to the corporate taxation section 9, unit 3, located in Sundbyberg.

You should also have:

• a completed upper secondary school diploma.
• good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• relevant work experience in administration or case management within economics or law.

Experience from the Swedish Tax Agency is desirable. Relevant work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration is also desirable.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
